Quick installation
When the prefabricated modules reach the desired destination then installation on-site takes only 1-2 days. It is possible to order our standard turnkey solutions, DIY concrete modules or modules with wiring and PUR foam if you happen to be an handyman yourself.
Minimal maintenance for a lifetime
No need to fix the roof, paint outside walls, clear snow from the roof, or protect your house from storms. The concrete constructions can also last up to hundreds of years.
Energy-efficiency
Thanks to PUR insulation and 1-2m of covering soil on the modules - the life underground is not only very quiet and peaceful but also very energy-efficient.
