All our products are modular. Meaning that when they reach the desired location they are ready for install and in a lot of cases can even be used on the next day. Even our Smartlifts come so that the only thing you have to do is lift them into the premade hole and plug everything in.

Description of components
- 4,7m² wine cellar module with a glass door.
- 9,7m² bedroom module with a halfmoon window and wooden door.
- 9,7m² living room/ kitchen module with a terrace door entrance.
- 9,7m² sauna/ wc module with a wood stove and chimney, wooden door, a glass separating door, glass toilet room door and a halfmoon window.
- Ventilation inlets that acclimate the air before entrance.
- Ventilation outlets that regulate the natural airflow. With wooden caps.
- Exterior lights.
SMARTLIFT
Description of components
- Smartlift minibar, modern package with Nero Assoluto worktop and clear wood finish.
- Concrete caisson. Can be ordered as a modular solution or poured on-site.
- Frame of the Smartlift that houses the lifting motor and the natural air recirculation ventilator.
- Data and electrical cable connection.
- Free flow air inlet/ outlet, can be replaced with AC unit or with forced central ventilation unit.
- Wall mounted keypad. Can be replaced with an biometric sensor or a remote control.

PRODUCTION
All our products are made in Estonia. The necessary components like doors, windows and pipes are integrated into the constructional elements of the modules in the building process. Our management and manufacturing system have also been certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
PREPARATION
As long as we prepare the modules – it is recommended to already carry out the necessary preparations for its arrival. Quick installation is ensured by a properly sized hole that is built according to the instructions.
TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION
The prefabricated modules are discretely transported to your location and installation on site only takes 1-2 days. After that the only thing left to do is to cover the modules,

conditions and instructions.
